Jennifer’s passion stems from continuing to discover the multifaceted nature of her industry and connecting people to the best opportunities that will help them reach their full potential. 

Jennifer’s integrity, methodical mind, and vibrant sense of humour strike the perfect balance of fun and approachable professionalism. Drawing from over 20 years of experience, Jennifer provides her own balanced perspective by considering all angles of a situation, determining the best course of action and guiding people through the process. Jennifer also creates safe opportunities to have private, honest conversations with employees about their concerns, cultivating healthy communication and trust. 

After moving to Grande Prairie and stepping into the world of Human Resources, Jennifer decided to embrace her expertise by sharing her knowledge and teaching courses at Grande Prairie Regional College. Soon, she recognized a remarkable opportunity to open her own independent firm and help small businesses and not-for-profit organizations recruit quality people and solve their HR-related problems. 

Jennifer says a common misconception business owners have is that HR is just dealing with people when it encompasses much more – adhering to employment standards, managing payroll, and interpreting complicated government regulations. By creating policies and simplifying the language into understandable terms, Jennifer shows people how to apply her creative solutions to their specific situations, giving them the capability to implement those decisions and confidence to keep moving in the right direction.
